Simone Martini's altar-piece for S. Agostino, San Gimignano.
"Examination of dowel holes in 3 panels which are now in the Fitzwilliam Museum (Cambridge) confirms Gert Kreytenberg's 1988 thesis (voir le no. 7083) that the S. Agostino altarpiece (ca. 1317-1326) was a pentaptych, and also allows for correct ordening of the elements in a reconstruction. The other two panels are in a private collection and the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum (Cologne)" (BHA).
