The great fresco mystery.

'Reports on the rediscovery and restoration of an early 16th c. fresco (ca. 1508) of the crucifixion with saints, in the former oratory of the church of S. Agostino, Perugia. Art historians at first attributed the painting to the young Raphael, but subsequently have suggested instead that it was executed by a group of artists active in Perugia, in particular Lattanzio di Giovanni' (BHA).
