Il Trecento riminese in Sant'Agostino a Rimini.
'On the 14th c. mural paintings in the church of S. Agostino, Rimini: whitewashed in the 17th c., they were rediscovered, 1916, and restored 1917-1926. Suggests that they were painted 1315-1318 by Giovanni and his workshop (which included his brothers Giuliano and Zangelo), and were paid for by the Malatesta family, whose coat-of-arms appears. Include catalogue entries for the individual scenes. Also traces the architectural and conservation history (11th-20th cs.) of the church' (BHA).
